Here is a nice 27-year-old lady living in east Arizona who requested a mommy makeover consisting of a breast augmentation, a tummy tuck and liposuction of the tummy and hips. During the consult she mentioned another surgeon tried to convince her that a tummy tuck could not be done. She was told she was a better candidate for just liposuction. This was not a recommendation she was comfortable with as it would not correct the excess skin she developed from childbirth. Before surgery, she was 5 feet 2 inches and 142 pounds. She was wearing a 32 small B cup and her right breast was slightly smaller than the left breast. During breast augmentation surgery, we used high profile saline breast implants, 390 cc on the left and 385 on the right, with both placed under the muscle to achieve a solid D cup. We also performed a tummy tuck and liposuction with an overnight stay.
