A very pleasant lady, 30 years of age from North Scottsdale, Arizona came to our plastic surgery office in Scottsdale, Arizona for a consultation. Dr. Aldo came highly recommended for his breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery, a type 1 mommy makeover.

Dissatisfied with a flabby tummy, stubborn fat pockets, and her deflated breasts after three kids, she was really concerned about the stretch marks in her tummy and the smaller breast cup. Despite good diet and exercise, her tummy continued to bother her, and her breasts had become small and deflated. She wanted to create a tight and flat tummy and allow for a cup size of full D for her frame of 5 feet 8 inches and 137 pounds. Dr. Aldo recommended a tummy tuck, liposuction of the tummy and hips and breast augmentation using silicone gel breast implants. There was mild asymmetry and a different size breast implant was recommended for each breast.

Her cosmetic surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center with an overnight stay and a pain-reducing pump for better comfort. She had a tummy tuck to tighten the muscles and the loose skin. The silicone breast implants were placed under the muscle with a 450 cc volume implant placed on the left and a 475 cc breast implant placed on the right side. The results show her before and after photos taken three months after her surgery.
