A 34-year-old woman from Chandler, Arizona requested a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction at our Scottsdale plastic surgery center. Her priority was to have a single operation and complete her mommy makeover in one session. She had been thinking about breast augmentation and tummy tuck for at least five years and had seen other Arizona plastic surgeons previous to the consult. She wanted natural looking results and a solid D cup and really liked silicone breast implants. At the time of her mommy makeover, she was 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighed 125 pounds. She was unhappy with the excess skin of her abdomen and the stretch marks left from pregnancy. She wished to balance her appearance by increasing the fullness of her breasts and tightening her tummy with a tummy tuck. Two 450 cc moderate-plus silicone breast implant were placed using a crease incision. A tummy tuck was performed using my very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were tightened. A pain-reducing pump was placed for greater comfort. No liposuction of the hips and tummy was required to achieve a beautiful tummy tuck result. She is shown four months after combined tummy tuck and breast augmentation.
