A 33-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona was wearing an A/B cup and requested a very Full D cup. She is 5 feet 8 inches and 142 pounds before breast surgery. Her goal was bigger breasts that would really stand out and really big D cups would do just that. She is shown four months after breast augmentation with 550 cc Smooth Moderate Plus Profile Saline breast implants placed via the crease incision and under the muscle.
