After gastric bypass surgery seven years ago, this 43-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona desired tighter arms and fuller breasts. Although she had lost over 130 pounds, kept the weight off, and was much healthier, she did not like her arms and breasts. Her goal was to have natural looking plastic surgery results and she liked our technique for arm lift and breast implant placement. Before the weight loss, she was a DD cup but was now wearing a B cup. She wanted to return her breasts to a DD without a breast lift.
Choosing to have a combined cosmetic surgery, one procedure involved a breast augmentation using 650 cc moderate plus saline filled implants with a dual plane technique. The posterior arm tuck technique hid the scar on the back of her arm and removed excess skin in the armpit region and a little bit of liposuction was done in the upper back. She is shown eight weeks after cosmetic surgery on her before and after photographs.
