Here is a 46-year-old lady who was wearing a small B cup and wanted to be have a natural D cup after breast enlargement surgery. She chose 440 cc saline breast implants placed under the muscle and had a crescent nipple lift during her operation to achieve a better nipple position. She is now wearing a D cup and she feels that her new breast cup is very proportionate to her body.
