A 24-year-old woman requested a breast augmentation from an A cup to a Full C cup using silicone breast implants. She was concerned with not looking too large for her body and to restore her breast size as it was before having her children. In her opinion, her breasts were deflated and soft, but she wanted the most natural result possible after breast augmentation. At 5 feet 6 inches and 114 pounds, she is shown four months after her breast augmentation with a 400 cc High Profile silicone breast implants placed under the muscle and through the crease. She has an excellent result and is happy with her solid C cup and shape.
