Breast Augmentation - Case: 33336
Concerned with breast deflation that occurred after her last baby, this 26-year-old professional and mom was wearing a 36B cup and requested better cleavage with a D cup. She felt her breasts were off-balance being heavy on the bottom and lacking upper volume. Saline breast implants were our recommendation because the breast implants would increase her perkiness the most and would also allow for the adjustment of her minor breast asymmetry. She was 5 feet 7 inches tall and 136.7 pounds.
During the breast augmentation operation, 455 cc moderate plus saline breast implants were placed in the smaller left breast and 450 cc into her slightly larger right breast using crease incisions. An improved symmetry and a natural shape with great perkiness is noted in her before and after breast augmentation photos taken two months after her surgery.
