A 24-year-old lady, with a great sense of humor, wanted to achieve a very large breast cup size. Her big concerns were her current small breasts size and a less than desirable cleavage. She wanted a bit of a fake look, but not too fake. At 5 feet and 2 inches, she is in good shape weighing in at 121.3 pounds. Because she wanted very big breast implants at 500 cc, we highly recommended silicone gel breast implants. Larger breast implants (over 350 cc) increase the risks of rippling, especially if they are saline breast implants. Silicone breast implants reduce rippling. During her breast augmentation surgery, we placed 500 cc high profile silicone breast implants in each breast. At six weeks after her surgery, the desired result for a large and noticeable breast augmentation with great projection is noteworthy in her before and after breast augmentation photos. She went from a 34B to a 34D plus cup.
