We see a healthy 21-year-old lady who wanted to increase her cup from a B cup to a DD cup. At 5 feet 2 inches and 106 pounds, she is petite, but really wanted very large breasts. One concern she had was about the lack of breast volume in the upper breast pole and some minor breast asymmetry. On the right breast implant, a total of 510cc of saline was placed, while on the opposite left breast implant, we used 500cc of saline. She now appreciates her improved symmetry and is wearing a 34DD.
