This 21-year-old woman considered her 34AA cup too small and far apart. She decided on saline breast implants to achieve a small C after surgery. She is also 5 feet 5 inches tall, and 110 pounds with a thin frame. Each saline breast implant was filled with 400 cc using a crease incision and placed under the muscle. Before and after photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
