A very nice 44 year old lady from the Pinnacle Peak area in Scottsdale, Arizona came to the office requesting several plastic surgery procedures. She had lost 65 pounds and had been waiting to find the right plastic surgeon to do her cosmetic surgery. She sat down with me at my North Scottsdale, Arizona medical office and discussed her priorities. She wanted a flat tummy that would feel tight and rejuvenate her physique. I listened carefully as she explained her dissatisfaction with tummy, fat pockets, and her buttocks. She told me that her buttocks had always been very flat and small. She was also concerned about the fat that still lingered in her back and hips. She noticed her right hip was heavier than her left hip and wanted better symmetry. She wanted me to take out the fat from the tummy, hips, thighs and back and inject as much as possible into the buttocks for a Brazilian butt lift. I recommended a tummy tuck to compliment the rest of the surgery she requested. She had her mommy makeover type 4 performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She had 2.2 liters of unwanted fat removed from her body using gentle liposuction, and I injected 760 cc of fat into each butt cheek. She recovered nicely from the tummy tuck, lipo and fat injections. The results of the surgery are shown in the before and after photos taken 3 months after her cosmetic surgery. She told me at her last visit how pleased she is with her new figure.
