This is a 37 year old lady from Ahwatukee, Arizona who requested a combined plastic surgery procedure including breast augmentation and tummy tuck. She arrived at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office for a consultation about this mommy makeover. She sat down with me and we discussed her wishes in great detail. I listened carefully and then recommended several cosmetic surgery procedures. For the breasts, she had experienced some breast sagginess since the birth of her last child. She wanted her breasts to be lifted and bigger. She wanted to go from a B cup to a full D cup. For her tummy, she told me she was really self-conscious about how large her tummy appeared. She wanted a significant reduction and a tight tummy. I recommended a tummy tuck with lipo of the tummy and love handles. She had her procedure performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center and recovered nicely. During the operation, we performed a vertical breast lift and placed 480 cc saline filled implants under the pectoral muscle. A tummy tuck was performed and the weight of the tissue removed was over 4 pounds. I also removed 1.3 liters of unwanted fat from her tummy and hips at the same time to successfully reduce her waistline. Her before and after photos were taken 6 months after her cosmetic surgery. She expressed to me that her surgery has made a really big difference in her life and she has a lot more confidence now.
