Here we have a nice 38 year old lady with four children who requested a tummy tuck, breast lift, liposuction and breast implants when she came to do a consultation at our North Scottsdale plastic surgery office. She complained of having excessively loose skin, stretch marks, and extra fat tissue in the tummy area. Her other major complaint, with regards to the tummy was the saggy tissue in the thighs and pubic area. She wanted to have all 4 procedures together. We call this a Mommy Makeover type 3. Her goal was to improve her figure by tightening the tummy as best as possible and improving the shape and size of her breasts. She had surgery performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center and stayed overnight. She had 7 pounds of tissue removed from her tummy along with 900 cc of fat removed via liposuction from the tummy, pubic area and love handles. She is shown 3 months after her cosmetic surgery and has noticed a significant increase in her self-esteem since her Mommy Makeover.
