Here we have a nice 27 year old lady from Phoenix, Arizona shown here before and after a tummy. She initially decided to discuss her goals of achieving a mommy makeover with breast augmentation and tummy tuck. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona plastic surgery center to pursue her interests. For the tummy, she was concerned about the flabby skin that developed from childbirth. I recommended a tummy tuck and no liposuction because she did not have extra fat in the hips. She was very concerned with achieving a very natural looking belly button. The breasts were not perky. She did request to have a fuller cup and to achieve the most natural result possible. Right before breast surgery, she was wearing a 34 A and requested a small D cup. Before her cosmetic surgery, she is in good health, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs 142 pounds. Achieving the most natural looking plastic surgery result was a big priority this plastic surgery patient. She had her cosmetic surgery operation and went home after surgery. Her mommy makeover was performed using Mentor’s 375 cc moderate plus silicone gel filled breast implants placed under the muscles for her breast augmentation. A tummy tuck was performed using our very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were corrected. She preferred to go home after surgery and made an excellent recovery after her mommy makeover. She has told me her breasts feel soft and natural. She is feeling very confident with her new figure that developed after cosmetic surgery.
