This 31 year old lady from Mesa, Arizona decided she wanted a tummy tuck as part of her mommy makeover. Most of the excess skin in the abdomen was a result of having children. I recommended a tummy tuck and muscle repair. We also performed breast enhancement using silicone gel breast implants and did some power-assisted lipo. I did use a very low incision tummy tuck and closed the skin with the latest techniques. The muscles were repaired with standard suture. The weight of the tissue removed was 1.025 kilograms, while the liposuction yielded 925 cc of unwanted fat from the hips, bra rolls and tummy. In the after pictures we see a nice reduction in the abdominal size, a natural belly button and an improved figure, overall.
