This 35 year old lady from Gilbert, Arizona who requested tummy tuck, thigh lift and liposuction of the hips, tummy and thighs. She had a consultation for plastic surgery at my North Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. She is 5 feet 5 inches and 170 pounds before cosmetic surgery. She had surgery performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She stayed overnight and received a pain reducing pain pump for greater comfort. For the abdominoplasty I used the very low incision technique and for thigh lift, I used a combined horizontal and vertical lift technique. The incision in the before and after photos is hidden nicely. Her surgery consisted of tummy tuck with removal of skin and fat weighing 2.5 pounds, and inner thigh lift, and 2.4 liters of unwanted fat removed via lipo of the tummy, hips and thighs. She now weighs 155 pounds and recently told me that she appreciates how nice an tight her tummy and thighs have turned out after surgery.
