Here is a 58 year old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona who requested facelift surgery and fat injections to the laugh lines so she could achieve her goal of looking younger. She also wanted to discuss cosmetic eyelid surgery. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. We discussed several operations, and I listened carefully to her wishes. The plan we agreed on, included a facelift operation to reduce facial aging signs, lift her cheeks, and reduce the laugh lines and wrinkles. Fat transfer to improve the laugh lines was planned. An eyelid lift to remove unwanted fat and skin from the upper and lower eyelids was also planned. She had surgery performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center and stayed overnight for greater comfort.
