In this before and after section, we see photos of eyelid surgery on a nice 63 year old lady who requested facial plastic surgery. She consulted with me at the Scottsdale plastic surgery center and discussed eyelid lift and facelift surgery. She mentioned that over the years, she noticed her eyelids made her look more and more aged. In addition, she received radiation for cancer on the right cheek and she developed asymmetry in the lower eyelids. She had fat pockets on the left side, but no extra fat on the right side. She also did not like the heaviness in the skin of the upper eyelids. She had a comprehensive facial rejuvenation operation which included upper and lower cosmetic eyelid surgery, a facelift, and fat injections to the laugh lines and right cheek.
