A 38 year old lady originally from Glendale, Arizona requested liposuction and buttock enlargement with fat transfer to be performed in a single operation. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. We discussed several options including Brazilian butt lift and buttock silicone implants. She had lost weight and her skin was very elastic. She considered having a tummy tuck, but ultimately decided that lipo was her best option. I agreed to perform lipo of the tummy, hips, back, thighs, and arms, as well as fat transfer to the buttocks. Her priority was to improve her backside by reducing the bra rolls and increasing the size of her buttocks via fat injections. She also wanted more round looking buttocks. Before surgery she is 5 feet 2 inches and 142 pounds. She had surgery at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She chose to go home after her cosmetic surgery. She had 4.5 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction from the abdomen, back, thighs and arms. She had 600 cc of fat grafting into each buttocks. She is shown 6 months after her body contouring surgery and fat transfer. She now weighs 131 pounds and feels more confident about the way she looks in tight jeans. She also is very appreciative that her bra rolls have been erased with her liposculpture procedure. She also mentioned that her waistline is smaller and that her dress size is way down as a result of her liposuction.
