This is a 33 year old patient who lives in Cave Creek, Arizona. Before surgery, she had the diagnosis of mild pectus carinatum, widely separated breast and pectoral muscles, and severely mammary fold asymmetry. The patient desired a balanced size that was not too big for her frame, cleavage improvement , but also rounded curves on the “side boob” area. Bilateral under the pectoral muscle approach was chosen and a dual plane type I placement was performed. She had a breast augmentation with 5th generation cohesive gummy bear Natrelle Inspira Cohesive 365cc breast implants. She is shown 2 months after breast augmentation surgery.
